Surveyor - Property Manager - Bristol - Up to £40,000 + Car Allowance

The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across the South West and Wales, working with a range of clients, including investors, developers, and occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting senior team members in delivering high-quality property management services.
2. Managing allocated portfolios across the South West and Wales.
3. Overseeing service charges, from budget creation to reconciliation.
4. Handling day-to-day property management issues and liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors.
5. Coordinating with property management accounts teams to ensure accurate reporting.
6. Processing tenant applications and providing strategic recommendations to clients.
7. Preparing client reports in various formats and frequencies.
8. Contributing to business development initiatives, including tenders and presentations.
9. Ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in commercial property management OR a property management professional with equivalent experience.
2. Someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
3. A confident and professional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
4. Passion for the property sector, with an interest in buildings, construction, and asset management.
