Monitor and manage Estates Level data on Tech Forge Cloud for accurate reporting.
Ensure accurate rental billing and monitor rent collection statistics.

Monitoring and management of Estates Level data on Tech Forge Cloud for over £300 million of Land & Property assets to ensure accurate reporting of property interests (15%).

Co-ordination and responsibility for ensuring accurate rental billing in line with legal agreements. Regular monitoring and reporting of rent collection statistics and bad debt position as well as forecasting rental returns for budget preparation (15%).
