Role Description
Live Nation UK’s Marketing Partnerships Division seeks a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our Marketing & Creative Solutions team as a Survey & Data Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing survey operations and data processes, ensuring accuracy and delivering timely updates in a fast-paced, agile environment.
As a Survey & Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for survey scripting, implementing updates and ensuring a seamless execution of data collection processes. You will also manage data processing, analysis, transformation and integration; consolidating large and complex datasets into easy-to-use outputs such as Excel dashboards or interactive platforms like Tableau. Additionally, you will provide support to the Research & Insights team, coordinate with various stakeholders and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working in an agile way and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Proficiency in survey tools, data processing, dashboard creation and MS Office Suite are essential for success in this role.
