We have an incredible opportunity for a Supporter Experience Team Leader to join St Gemma’s Hospice, one of Yorkshire's leading and most loved hospices. This is your chance to help us provide exceptional care and support to our generous donors and supporters, all while leading a dynamic team on a mission to make an impact.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure donors feel appreciated and valued.
  2. Work closely with the Fundraising Team to ensure donations are processed smoothly.
  3. Maintain accurate supporter details in our fundraising database.
  4. Oversee the brand-new Supporter Hub, providing expert guidance to visitors.

We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
