You’ll lead the Supporter Engagement team, ensuring supporters and stakeholders have the best possible experience with the charity. From ensuring donations and enquiries are processed efficiently to coordinating responses to supporter comments and complaints, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer care. This will be done through managing and motivating your team, ensuring efficiency, streamlining processes and overseeing KPI’s.
You'll also oversee the development and delivery of the community fundraising programme, working to grow engagement and income through exciting campaigns, events, and supporter relationships.
