Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £45, 000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
- Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated care team
- Promote person-centred care, fostering independence and dignity
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in supported living or learning disabilities services
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
