  • Band 3, £25,584 - £27,269 per annum pro rata
  • 18.5 hours per week
  • Fixed term till 31 March 2026

We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Needs Team as a Supported Lettings Admin Assistant.

Your role

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of administrative duties on behalf of the Supported Lettings Team, including providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for tenants, maintaining and updating data systems, paying invoices, and the allocation and viewing of properties.

What you will need:

The post holder will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment, offering advice and guidance, and has worked in a clerical, administrative, and/or office-based role. It is essential to have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, complainants, managers, and staff while displaying a confident, professional, and friendly approach at all times.
