Job description

Salary: Up to £35000

Hours of work: Full time - Monday to Friday

Setting: Hybrid with the requirement to visit locations across Chesterfield, Leicester and Birmingham

FULL UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

As a supported accommodation officer, you will secure suitable homes for the people you support. You will work with housing providers, contractors, and internal teams to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and help purchase properties
  • Be the main contact for housing providers and contractors.
  • Work with our estates team on housing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
  • Manage property contracts.
  • Conduct property inspections and risk assessments.
  • Support individuals with tenancy queries.
  • Keep accurate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in the social care sector, including social housing and support.
  • Understanding of CQC transitions and ongoing care package requirements.
  • Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Valid UK driving licence
