Supported Accommodation Officer - Leicester, UK

Salary: Up to 35000

Hours of work: Full time - Monday to Friday

Setting: Hybrid with the requirement to visit locations across Chesterfield, Leicester and Birmingham

FULL UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

As a supported accommodation officer, you will secure suitable homes for the people you support. You will work with housing providers, contractors, and internal teams to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Find and help purchase properties.
2. Be the main contact for housing providers and contractors.
3. Work with our estates team on housing projects.
4. Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
5. Manage property contracts.
6. Conduct property inspections and risk assessments.
7. Support individuals with tenancy queries.
8. Keep accurate records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience in the social care sector, including social housing and support.
2. Understanding of CQC transitions and ongoing care package requirements.
3. Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
6. Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
7. Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
8. Valid UK driving licence.
