Support Worker - Westbury £35,374 - £41,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month.

Being a Residential Support Worker is about providing guidance, stability, and support for young people who’ve already faced many challenges in their lives. 1. Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
2. Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you’ll do up to 4 'sleep ins' per month, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year).
3. Regional Allowance: £2,000
4. Attendance Allowance: £1,400 - assuming good attendance
5. Training: A full 4-week induction on our award-winning Care Academy

You’ll start life as a RSW by joining our 'Care Academy' - 4 weeks of off the job training with experienced WG professionals to help you feel confident and ready to support our young people.
