Rates from £13.69/hr PAYE (inclusive)

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our Supported Living & Autism Division, providing vital care for individuals living with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support people in achieving independence, dignity, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

What You'll Need:

  1. 12 months+ experience with Learning Disabilities and/or Complex Needs
  2. Confidence in supporting individuals with autism and challenging behaviours
  3. Car driver - desirable for travel flexibility
  4. A caring, patient, and resilient approach
