Job Description
Support Worker (immediate start):
Providing practical and emotional support to individuals and their families.
Helping individuals to maintain their independence by supporting them with household tasks and shopping.
Supporting individuals to access community resources and activities.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care and support provided.
Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is provided.
Respecting and promoting the rights and wishes of the individuals you support.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Support Worker (immediate start) should have:
A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
Experience in a similar role.
Full UK driving licence for 2+ years.
Access to your own 5-door car.
Enhanced DBS check.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A commitment to ongoing professional development.
A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
