Female Support Workers - Preston

Location: Preston (PR1)
Salary: £14.50 - £14.75 per hour + £70 Sleep-In Rate + Benefits
Contract: 12-Week Temp to Perm

We are currently seeking Female Support Workers for a rewarding opportunity in Preston. This role involves working with children and individuals with mental health challenges, including self-harm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalised care and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living activities, encouraging independence
  • Support individuals with mental health and neurodiverse needs
  • Create a positive and inclusive living environment
  • Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a care/support role (preferred)
  • Qualifications: Level 2/3 Health & Social Care Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Skills: Compassion, patience, resilience & strong communication
  • Requirements: Driving licence (preferred)
