Support Worker - ASAP START

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with a variety of needs, including daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and community engagement. You will work closely with service users to promote their well-being, independence, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
2. Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
3. Support individuals in accessing community services and participating in social activities.
4. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
5. Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
2. Child and Adult DBS.
3. A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
7. Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
8. A valid driver's license (if required for the role).
