We are looking for Drivers and Non Drivers!
We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes to enable them to stay as independent as they can.
Being a Support Worker for Mears is enabling a service user to stay in their own home.
If you are looking for a new role that gives you the ability to give back and support others, this is the role for you!
About the Role:

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values. These are:
