Woodland Courtis made up of 26 one bedroom and two-bedroom flats spread over four floors. The flats are spacious and furnished to a high specification with well equipped kitchens and a living/dining area. Each flat is equipped with a call point system so that support can be called for at the touch of a button.
Our person-led approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people. Where required, our ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of Positive Behaviour Support is also in place. The primary aim of our PBS framework to improve our residents’ quality of life.
