At Newcross Healthcare, we are committed to giving a different level of support to our health and social care workers. As a Support Worker in the Pickeringarea, you’ll earn up to £16.68 per hour (inc holiday pay).

This role

As part of this position, you will be providing support to service users across a variety of residential and supported living services for adults with profound learning and physical disabilities across Yorkshire.

You will be aiding our service users with a variety of tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, attending events and activities, light household tasks, administering medication and supporting with life skills.

As a Support Worker, you’ll have

• 6-months of UK care giving experience from within the past 3-years
• The right to work in the UK
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and professionalism
• A caring and compassionate nature to support clients with personal tasks, mobility and physical activities
