We are growing our support team in Peasedown St. John, Bath (BA2 8JN) - could you be one of our new Support Workers?
If you’re looking to do something more worthwhile with your time – a job that’s more meaningful, interesting, and thought-provoking than any other; a role that will challenge and encourage you to grow and achieve things you never thought possible – then you might just want to apply to become our newest Support Worker based in Peasedown, St. John.
You will be supporting six gentlemen aged under 30, and one lady in her 60's with learning disabilities and autism to live their best lives. You will be genuinely empathic and able to communicate effectively, with compassion and understanding as you support with favoured activities such as walking, shopping, visiting family and friends, day trips, arts and crafts, and cooking. You will also support with medication, personal care, and mobility needs, as required.
