Job description

We are growing our support team in Peasedown St. John, Bath (BA2 8JN) - could you be one of our new Support Workers?

  • £12.83 per hour. Sleep nights paid at £50 per night
  • Day Shifts, with sleep-ins, usually 1-2 a week
  • It is essential that you hold a full, manual UK or EU Driving Licence, as the people you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

You will be supporting six gentlemen aged under 30, and one lady in her 60's with learning disabilities and autism to live their best lives. You will be genuinely empathic and able to communicate effectively, with compassion and understanding as you support with favoured activities such as walking, shopping, visiting family and friends, day trips, arts and crafts, and cooking. You will also support with medication, personal care, and mobility needs, as required.
