Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Theydon Bois. You will join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP23,582 per annum plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:

We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, football games, fun fairs, meals out and holidays.

This role requires you to have a full UK driving licence to enable you to drive service users' mobility vehicles.

You will be based across 2 services: Elm Court and our neighbouring project Tolpuddle, both of which provide 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities. Our residents are supported to live independently with us in self-contained apartments on site.

You will be expected to work on a rota basis including some sleep-in shifts and every other weekend.

Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker:
