Your Role As a Support Worker

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
• Provide companionship and support during activities, events, and appointments.
• Promote independence by encouraging service users to achieve their personal goals.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure the highest quality care.
  
  

What We're Looking For

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals who:

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are flexible and adaptable, working effectively with service users and their families.
• Can work as part of a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Are willing to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins, waking nights, and last minute bookings.
• Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.

• Full-time position (minimum 37.5 hours per week)
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required (cost covered by the employer).
