Position: School Support Worker

Location: Blackburn

Type: Flexible Contract

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Start Date: Immediate, or as soon as possible

The role:

As a School Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students, ensuring their emotional, social, and academic needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with classroom activities and providing one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs.
  2. Supporting students in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
  3. Helping students stay engaged and motivated throughout their lessons.
  4. Assisting with behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment.
  5. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the overall development of students.
