Job description

Seeking engaging and proactive Support Workers in Bath, BA2

  • £12.83 per hour. Sleep nights are paid at £50.00 per night
  • Full-time or part-time hours
  • Shifts available: early shifts, late shifts, and sleep-shifts
  • Preference will be given to applicants who hold a full UK or EU driving licence

You will need to be proactive, engaging, and caring and able to work as part of an established and welcoming team who support people with disabilities in their own homes, in Bath.

Every day will be different and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication, and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, as needed.

You will be working for a dynamic and involved manager who takes the time to develop her team so that each and every person feels valued and can be the best they can be.
