Location: Warford
Salary: £24,860.25 - £26,622.00
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Reporting to: Activity Leaders

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead engaging activities – from arts & crafts to life skills and community outings.
2. Empower independence – support daily living skills, personal care, and choice-making.
3. Encourage social connections – help individuals build confidence and friendships.
4. Promote inclusion – ensure everyone gets involved in ways that suit their abilities.
5. Be a friendly face – providing warmth, encouragement, and a can-do attitude every day.
