About The Educational Equality Institute
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is dedicated to bridging gaps in education and professional development for underserved communities. As part of our Mentorship for Ukraine Program, we connect skilled volunteers with Ukrainian mentees to help them build confidence, develop career skills, and navigate new opportunities during a challenging time.

Role Overview
We are seeking mentors from diverse professional backgrounds to join our mission. As a mentor, you'll serve as a guide and motivator, helping Ukrainian mentees grow personally and professionally through tailored advice and support. Mentors will use our user-friendly digital platform to schedule and conduct virtual mentoring sessions.
