To apply you must have a Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence & Supervisory experience.

Salary: £12.91 - £14.41 per hour plus welcome bonus.

Holidays: 28 Days.

If you have an SIA Door Supervisor Licence & Supervisory experience, we are offering a £250.00 welcome bonus, for anyone who joins our team and passes their 3-month probationary period.

If you have an SIA Door Supervisor Licence & a SIA Public Surveillance (CCTV) Licence, we are offering a £500.00 welcome bonus, for anyone who joins our team and passes their 3-month probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Support the core team in covering varied security duties across the above shift patterns.
• Act as Shift Supervisor during any period of core team Shift Supervisor holidays & absences.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Conduct safety and security procedures, adhering to site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
• Tasks vary greatly and include, but are not limited to, mobile patrols, foot patrols, gatehouse duties, vehicle searches.
• SIA CCTV Licence preferred but not essential (if not held to be willing to attain CCTV Licence).
• Own transport & Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience as Security Officer & Supervisor.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Flexible/Available at short notice.
