Support Practitioner (Complex Care) - Ayrshire (£16.00 per hour)

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Support Practitioner to join a supported housing service in Ayrshire. This is a contract role paying £16.00 per hour, working with vulnerable adults who require practical and emotional support to maintain their independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering person-centred support based on individual needs and outcomes
2. Assisting with day-to-day activities such as budgeting, shopping, and maintaining tenancies
3. Promoting social inclusion and encouraging engagement with the local community
4. Monitoring and reviewing support plans regularly with service users
5. Reporting concerns and safeguarding issues in line with policies

This role would suit someone with experience in supported housing, social care, or community outreach. Flexibility with shifts is also available.
