What You'll Do

As a Support Practitioner, your role may include:

  • Social Support- Helping individuals engage in their community through outings to leisure activities like day centres, cinema, or swimming.
  • Personal Care- Supporting wellbeing with tasks like bathing, dressing, arranging medical visits, and continence care.
  • Practical Support- Assisting with daily household tasks, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a tenancy.
