Our fabulous #TeamCrosshill in Lennoxtown are looking for a new colleague to complete their team on part time (20 hours per week) permanent basis.

The Role
You'll join a dedicated, well-established and supportive team who provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in his 70s. The gentleman loves to chat, so if having a good conversation and going out exploring new places and trying new things is something you enjoy, then this could be the ideal role for you.

About You
At Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team! We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to build your career within the Health & Social Care sector. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

All we’ll need you to bring is:

• A caring attitude and approach
• Good communication skills
• A positive approach to learning
• An understanding of the importance of routines and guidelines
• Confidence in the use of computers.

Having a full UK manual driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.

Shift Patterns
As we are dedicated to providing tailored support to each individual, the normal working week for this post would consist of shifts starting at 9am and an end time of 6pm.
