Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Work closely with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Assist in classroom activities, personal care, and behaviour management
• Help students develop social and academic skills

Qualifications:

• A patient and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting children and young people
• Previous experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
