An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Support Medical Administrator to join the Dermatology department (working across Medical Secretaries and Clinical Teams) at the James Paget University Hospital.
The post holder will work 22.5 hours per week.
This role will consist of transcribing digital dictation in relation to outpatient clinic letters and other documentation as required for the patient pathway. Administrative duties will also be required to provide support to the medical secretaries and clinical teams as needed. All applicants should possess good levels of communication skills, excellent touch typing/word processing skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Good basic IT skills and experience working within an admin role are essential. Knowledge of medical terminology would also be an advantage.

The Support Medical Administrator will provide secretarial support to the Dermatology department through administration processes and audio typing (date order).
