Amazon is looking for a Support Engineer to be part of a global Operational Excellence team.
The team deploys, supports, and maintains software solutions that link our low-level automation systems with the cloud, moving the business to Industry 4.0 and improving the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of the installations.

As a Support Engineer within the Global MAP OE team, you will:
About the team
The Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP) Team plays a critical role in ensuring that machine-generated data leads to automated, appropriate, and effective proactive and/or predictive maintenance actions. Our objective is to mature and integrate core software tools into a unified Maintenance Automation Platform.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Experience supporting software development for Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, and HMI).
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
Experience in Unix.
Experience in scripting in modern programming languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a Control Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer.
Deep knowledge of SCADA systems.
Deep knowledge of OEE systems.
Deep knowledge of AWS services.
