The Role
In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Engineer will provide a true support service to approximately 750 users across multiple sites in the UK, covering 2nd line desktop support, whilst also getting involved in some interesting and varied project work. My client operates a modern Microsoft environment based around core technology including Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory. The Support Engineer will be working 3 days onsite in the Basingstoke office, with 2 days working from home. Occasional travel to other sites will be required.
