A permanent post has become available for a 1st line support coordinator within a major financial services business. The role operates in a small but perfectly formed team who support a broad range of demanding and very professional users. The business is set within some of the most prestigious offices in Leeds and services a high net wealth client base where service needs to be at a premium.
The support coordinator role involves supporting end users, setup and support of tablet PCs, bespoke and 'off the shelf' software and general Microsoft application issues.
The post would be responsible for the preparation of tablet PCs for training courses and facilitation of data transfers during tablet upgrades. There would also be the requirement to provide general help with IT issues and administration around the office.
