Scope of the Role:
To provide a first class, efficient & professional customer support service, maintaining the high levels of client satisfaction of the hundreds of Workbuzz clients using our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction – our clients rate us 9.3/10
- Ensuring all office phone calls and support tickets are responded to within SLA
- Responding to client queries and taking ownership of any issues
- Learning how to build and deploy surveys, map data and optimise the user experience for both the surveys and results dashboards
- Supporting client projects / account requests
- Completing administrative tasks on our platform like employee data uploads, testing, and updating contact details
- Providing communications support to maximise participation in surveys
- Supporting the wider WorkBuzz team in their roles by pulling reports, setting up dashboard users, etc.
- Ad-hoc need to provide out of hours support for clients in America.
Key Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate experience within a customer support role
- Tech savvy with good level of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Super organised and ability to multi-task
