Tradewind are looking to recruit a longterm Supply teacher from now until the end of the academic year.

About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher who can inspire students to explore the world's diverse beliefs, values, and cultures? We are seeking a committed Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Flintshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to encourage critical thinking and empathy while equipping students with a deeper understanding of global perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, prepare, and deliver thought-provoking lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  2. Encourage open-minded discussions and debates that challenge students.
  3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to meet individual learning needs.

About You

Requirements

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience teaching at secondary school level.

  4. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a commitment to student development.
  5. Flexibility and a willingness to be an active part of the school's community.
  6. An enhanced DBS and EWC for Wales.
