Job description

Are you a versatile and dedicated teacher looking for a new role? Step Teachers are looking for Supply Teachers in the Norfolk area to start ASAP. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality education across various subjects and year groups and also functional Skills Maths and English.

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons across various subjects.
2. No planning initially, ongoing assessment and marking.
3. Maintain an organised and professional classroom with all associated resources.
4. Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school.
5. Ensure compliance with the school's policies and their reliable implementation.

Supply Teacher Requirements:

1. Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in secondary education.
2. Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Supply Teacher/teaching in a secondary school setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
4. Good level of classroom and behaviour management.
