Role Overview:
As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused during lessons. You'll step in to cover for teachers on short-term leave, providing continuity and stability in the classroom. No planning is required, but you must be able to adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher
• Maintaining classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Managing the classroom effectively, ensuring students remain on task
• Providing feedback to the school on student progress and classroom activities
• Collaborating with teaching staff and school leadership as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in secondary schools is desirable
• Ability to engage students in learning and manage classroom behavior
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their best
