Supply Supervisor

Are you passionate about education and want the flexibility to choose your working days? Become a Supply Supervisor in Oxford with Academics Ltd! You will oversee classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and students remain focused. This role is perfect for those who are looking for a rewarding role with a leading education recruitment agency. Academics are working with lots of Secondary Schools in the Oxford area who are looking for Supply Supervisors to join ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise students and deliver pre-set lesson plans.
  2. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
  3. Ensure all students remain engaged in the lesson content.
  4. Provide support to students, answering any questions they may have.

Job Requirements:

  1. Ability to manage classrooms confidently and handle different teaching environments.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Adaptability and willingness to work in various schools and age groups.
  4. Prior experience in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
