What does the role include:

1. Provide high quality teaching cover across a range of primary year groups and subjects.
2. Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the school, ensuring continuity in the students' learning.
3. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment for all students.
4. Manage student behaviour and maintain discipline effectively and in accordance with school policies.

What are we looking for?

1. Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
2. Experience working with primary aged students.
3. A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
4. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments when required and experience establishing rapport with students.
5. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
