Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate supply Nursery Practitioners to work in our beautiful Runcorn based nursery.

If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in Early Years, and you have a genuine interest in working with children, then this is the role for you!

  • To promote a fun, high-quality environment for all children in our care.
  • Ensuring the welfare and learning development requirements of all children are met at all times.
  • To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers.
  • Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
  • Ensure all children are clean, loved, and happy at all times.
  • Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set out by the company.
  • Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
  • Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age-appropriate activities.
  • To confidently carry out planning, observations, and next steps for your key group.
  • To ensure mealtimes are a time of pleasant social sharing.
  • To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
  • To fully understand and promote the company's Ethos and Core Values.
  • To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
