Job Title: Supply Flexible Teacher
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

About the Role: As a Supply Flexible Teacher, you will step into various classrooms, delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects.

Supply Flexible Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality lessons following the school’s curriculum and guidelines.
2. Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress.
3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere.
4. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with additional needs.
5. Follow lesson plans provided or create impromptu lessons when necessary.
6. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents during short- and medium-term assignments.

Supply Flexible Teacher Job Requirements:

1. A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, or equivalent).
2. Prior experience in teaching, ideally across multiple key stages and subjects.
3. Familiarity with the UK education system and curriculum.
4. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
5. Willingness to work on a casual basis with availability to cover at short notice.
6. A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.
7. Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
