Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate
Hours per week: 37 hours
Contract Length: 18 months
Location: Reading, West Berkshire - hybrid working

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to provide essential support across processes, systems, supplier management, governance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting SCM processes and systems, including user training.
  • Managing SCM data, supplier records, and document libraries.
  • Providing standard and bespoke business reports as required.
  • Overseeing catalogue loading and supplier onboarding.
  • Ensuring adherence to supply chain processes, tools, and systems.
  • Promoting the use of an approved and evaluated supply base.
  • Resolving queries efficiently with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting process improvements and best practices.
  • Engaging in learning and development activities.
Requirements:
Essential:
  • Previous experience in a similar supply chain or administrative role.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled environment.
  • Experience handling operational queries in a helpdesk-style role.
  • Experience using JAGGAER/Ariba (desirable).
