The Opportunity

Experience required: 2+ years in Supply Chain (ideally with goods produced in Asia). I am looking for a driven, energetic, fun person who is super organised!

The Role

1. Lead supply planning and purchasing across a European territory, managing a portfolio of brands and retailers.
2. Ensure timely production and resolve issues by collaborating with relevant teams.
3. Oversee purchasing, aligning with seasonal strategy, forecasts, and production needs.
4. Manage inventory levels, address excess stock, and coordinate actions as needed.
5. Work closely with global teams, including Product Development, Asia Order Management, and Logistics.
6. Analyse supply coverage and propose solutions to resolve inventory challenges.
7. Coordinate with other territory leads for European alignment.
8. Support the broader planning team with administrative and analytical tasks.

The Person

1. Previous supply chain/planning experience (2+ years).
2. Ideally worked in consumer goods producing from Asia.
3. Ability to prioritize work and meet targets under pressure.
4. Good level of Excel knowledge/Google sheets.
5. Will have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
6. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good clear presentation skills at global leadership level.
8. Abilities to multitask.
9. Will be pro-active.
10. Have a positive attitude with a strong passion for what they do.
11. Excellent communication skills.
