Job OverviewThe Supply Chain Operations Manager is principally concerned with providing support, coordination, analysis, project management, and action to the overall operation of PCC’s internal supply chain to help maximize revenue opportunities and profit, while delighting our customers and internal stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities- Helps support the regional SCM teams by providing coordination, support and resolution to urgent, business impact or high visibility supply chain problems, pain-points, and key initiatives which could impact revenue or customer satisfaction.
- Owns and drives the EU PCC Supply Chain revenue forecasting process including collaborating with Sales and the Supply planning teams to execute and maximize quarterly revenue.
- Assists External Supply in local CMO problem resolution, and tech transfers.
- Manages assigned regional supply chain projects (i.e. relabeling, identification of new suppliers, etc.).
- Analyzes the output of key processes including the monthly SOP, aging inventory, and monthly Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to anticipate, identify, and rectify any potential business impact/supply/customer issues and ensure we capture any opportunities.
- Provides back-up to key EU Supply Chain positions (Logistics Manager, Narcotics Manager, EU External Supply Manager).
- Assists and supports the regional SCM teams and Global Planning team in establishing and implementing processes, practices, and procedures to improve the PCC supply chain.

Education/Experience- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, Business or preferred); MBA or Graduate level Supply Chain degree preferred.
- 10 plus years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, Financial Analysis and/or Sales & Operations Planning, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SAP is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MRP and inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impact.
- Solid understanding of finance and business systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
