The Role

We are looking for aSupply Chain Manager/Specialistto play a critical role in managing materials, production planning, and logistics to support clinical trials, GMP manufacturing, and development activities. Reporting to the Director of External Manufacturing, you will ensure smooth supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage MRP systems to ensure optimal inventory levels and material availability.
• Oversee logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, including cold chain and international shipping requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain risks and implement contingency plans.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, focusing on quality, cost efficiency, and long-term partnerships.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of supply chain experience in the cell and gene therapy field.
• Strong understanding of MRP tools, logistics compliance, and GMP regulations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and skilled in communication and negotiation.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or logistics, with evidence of continued professional development.
