Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company, near Southampton.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Manage the flow of goods, from sourcing to customer delivery
Lead supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms
Inventory planning and responsible for all material management
Identify and implement strategies to streamline the procurement process
Ensure all processes meet legal and regulatory standards

This position will require someone with a strong process background and an understanding of lean / efficiencies.
Experience of Transformations / change would also be advantageous in this role and you will be responsible for a small team.

Hours:
37.5hrs per week (Monday - Friday)

Salary:
£40,000p/a - £50,000p/a
