Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing experience

Location: London

Work Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time,

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager with manufacturing experience for our client who specialise in Power Supply Systems for mission critical infrastructures e.g. Data Centres and Energy Centres

Key Objectives:

• Manage and nurture key supplier relationships.
• Measure and monitor supplier performance.
• Enhance supply chain resilience.
• Negotiate and manage supply contracts and frameworks.
• Review and assist in developing procurement programs.
• Collate supplier information, including total company spend and rebate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure suppliers adhere to delivery schedules.
• Produce monthly reports on supplier spend, performance, and risks.
• Assist the Supply Chain Manager with sourcing activities in new territories.
• Liaise with suppliers on behalf of other departments.
• Collaborate with suppliers to continuously improve processes and products.

Metrics for Success:

• Achieve cost reduction and increase avoidance.
• Maintain high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) percentages.
• Secure improved terms with suppliers.
• Effectively manage supplier performance.
