Supply Chain Manager – Life Sciences / Pharma

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company with a strong upcoming pipeline in several therapeutic areas, is currently seeking an Associate Director - Product Supply Chain Lead to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will manage the effective and smooth running of the End to End Supply Chain across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. The role entails managing commercial & operational execution of delivery through third-party logistics providers and includes the leadership of a 2-person team.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of operational and commercial supply experience, ideally within pharma or related healthcare markets
2. Team leadership experience
3. Ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders
4. Ability to work cross-functionally
