We are looking for Project Supply Chain Trainee to join our team.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Supply Chain trainee to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will provide support to the business by ensuring that all purchasing and logistics activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Obtain office supplies, computers, travel arrangements, maintenance services, machine parts, raw materials, and products for manufacturing, production, construction, and retail.
  • Assist with finding and choosing suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and process orders.
  • Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance as needed.
  • Engage in strategic sourcing as needed.
  • Apply knowledge from advanced education, work under close supervision, handle simple problems, and explain job-related facts and policies.
Your background
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of SAP and Office 365 applications.
  • Fluent in English language (written & spoken).
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.
  • Mastery in balancing stakeholders, both external and internal.
  • A technical bachelor's degree (such as Industrial or Electrical Engineering) would be considered a plus but is not indispensable.
