YOUR OPPORTUNITY We want to give individuals the opportunity to step into the working world outside of university, with support, development, and ability to see their full potential. Therefore, Bacardi is supporting future talent through the Graduate Programme providing two years within the business, in a functional rotation. As part of our Graduate Programme, you will acquire a range of skills, knowledge, and valuable practical experience. You will complete 3 assignments through various functions of our sites such as distilling, bottling, supply chain, bulk, blending, new product development, procurement, finance, etc. (2 assignments of 9 months and 1 assignment abroad 6 months maximum). At the end of the 2 years Graduate Programme, we may both decide there is a longer-term opportunity in the Bacardi Family.

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this program you will need:

  1. University degree, in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
  2. Have a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Fluent in English, proficiency in another language is desirable (depending on home location language).
  4. Passion about all things manufacturing and desire to work in a globally and culturally diverse environment and have an international experience.
  5. Willing to commit to 24 months in a rotational program, with an opportunity to start your permanent career within Bacardi if selected at the end of the assignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

During your graduate experience you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Supply Chain in Bacardi would be, your activities will be a mix of operational work and projects across different functions and locations, your main activities will be:

  1. Develop relationships with primos across the functions.
  2. Participate in projects according to the functions assigned.
  3. Collaborate and support the process across Supply Chain functions.
  4. Work in process improvements in the functions assigned.

  2. Ability to be mobile across our sites to carryout graduate placement.

  4. Supply Chain Knowledge, possesses insights into the interconnected activities that transform raw materials into finished products and deliver them to end customers.
  5. English proficiency (written and spoken).
